Refunds/Returns

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Francis Enterprises, LLC. All returns/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, no returns/exchanges will be accepted. In-Stock items are returnable or exchangeable IF unused AND in original packaging. Product returned with any noticeable wear will not be accepted. Made to order and custom items are not returnable, nor exchangeable.

Footwear:

Shoe boxes that are marked or damaged (writing/postage/tape, etc.) will incur a $5.00 per box reboxing fee. Footwear worn on ANYTHING accept carpet will not be accepted.
